• This estimate costing is based on the assumption that the Landlord will
supply the following for his account: a 100L geyser, a roller shutter door,

• Back office PC + stock is not included in this estimate;
• Should your store be outside the Pretoria area, provision must be made
for travelling and outside the Gauteng area, provision must be made for travelling
and accommodation;
